I applied for the Revenue Operations Analyst position and the recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a phone screening call. I replied with my contact info and availability but had not heard back for a week. Right as I was about to reach out, I received an automated rejection email, even though the recruiter had reached out. This was very unprofessional as I thought I was viewed as a good candidate, only for them to change their mind via an automated message.
