Entrevista
There's two parts to the interview process. The first is a screen call with a recruiter followed by a technical assessment with Excel. The screen call is set for 15 min and the assessment is for an hour. The entire process was remote for me. The screening call is about 3-4 questions with a chance for you to ask questions at the end. The assessment is an hour long on Excel. It involved joining two sheets together to answer 3 questions and each question had 2-3 sub questions. According to my interviewer, most people get to the end of the second question and stop. And it's not because they couldn't answer the questions. It's because you are expected to spend the last 10 minutes preparing your answers to the question along with how you came to that answer. They are more interested in how you got the answer and if you can explain it well. As well as answer questions on the fly. Also the read the instructions well. They really want you to answer the questions first and stay on topic. They are trying to simulate you being answerable to senior management. The second part is two hours. First is a case study which followed by behavioural questions. I can't provide more detail because I was not selected for this portion.
