Went to an open house and was interviewed by 2 people. Fairly brief. Got an appointment on the spot for another interview 2 days later with I believe the hiring manager and an RN. They asked very similar questions in the 2nd round: why DaVita? why dialysis? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Give an example of when your integrity was put to the test. Give an example that demonstrates your leadership ability.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.
