It was very casual. Seems like they want to hire anyone willing. They provide training so you do not need any dialysis experience. I was expecting to shadow a RN for a few hours but they had me shadow a PCT for like 10 minutes. That was kind of a red flag for me.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
