Great tour of the facilities. Got to meet many of the employees. Interviews were relaxed and constructive. A group of 5 candidates rotated to 4 different 30-45 minute interviews, with a rotated break in-between. Each interviewer was free to ask what they pleased, but it seemed like they each had an objective to cover with the candidates.

What are your favorite 2 core values of DaVita, and why?
Three stages: Personality, and two case studies (one from your professional experience and the other a case study they provide you). The case studies are presented to panels, and the personality interviews are with different teammates of different titles.

Describe a difficult/uncomfortable situation you've encountered in your career and how you overcame it
Took about 5 rounds of interviews, including 2 in person. Everyone was incredibly kind but it was quite a stressful process. There was a mix of behavioral interviews as well as case questions.

first round is behavioral & administrative questions with an HR or the hiring manager, then the second round was an Excel assessment that test your general ability to conduct data analysis in Excel, using pivot table, vlookup, etc.
