The Process was very thorough and was comfortable. They did four 40 minute interviews with upper DaVita Mgt. The company was very accommodating and provided a positive interview experience also allowing the interviewee to learn about the culture and what the company is all about.

What is one of Davita's core values that you most resonate with, and why?
Three stages: Personality, and two case studies (one from your professional experience and the other a case study they provide you). The case studies are presented to panels, and the personality interviews are with different teammates of different titles.

Describe a difficult/uncomfortable situation you've encountered in your career and how you overcame it
Took about 5 rounds of interviews, including 2 in person. Everyone was incredibly kind but it was quite a stressful process. There was a mix of behavioral interviews as well as case questions.

first round is behavioral & administrative questions with an HR or the hiring manager, then the second round was an Excel assessment that test your general ability to conduct data analysis in Excel, using pivot table, vlookup, etc.
