In person interview with the person the position reports to The in person interview took place at a Panera Bread Restaurant which was a bit odd. The person I was interviewing with seemed very rushed

What is your greatest attribute that would apply to this job?
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Entrevista
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
