Panel or Hiring Manager Interview (45–60 mins) A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager and possibly team members. We’ll explore your experience, problem-solving approach, and how you’d fit with the team. Final Interview / Culture Fit Discussion A final round to evaluate alignment with our values, communication style, and working culture. For some roles, this may include a senior leader or cross-functional stakeholder.
