Smooth, easy conversation. Didn’t feel intimidating, had one video interview and received job offer within a week. Talked about the position and working remote, hours, part or full time, etc

The first interview went well via Zoom, I came prepared with questions that were vaguely answered. When I went in for my trial, no one seemed to know I was coming. They asked for a task but didn't have a lot of tools necessary for said task, so I worked on setting up lights and my shot for a quite a while. I wasn't offered food or water despite being there for 4 1/2 hours. The hours I was told initially and the hours they actually needed was very differnt. It wasn't very organized or comfortable to be there.
