I had a great interview process first by zoom then in person, I was allowed to speak and also decline certain interview exercises and give a chance to shine and show my skills and talent.

Applied online, got rejected immediately but the worst was how Alexandra Fine, the CEO, thought it was a great idea to give a person who they refused to hire a discount code to buy from their website. Feels almost like they never intended to hire anyone and just wanted to get people's emails to send them tacky coupons to use for their products. Absolutely disgusting, should be ashamed of yourself.
