Laughably pathetic and incompetent - I was involved with 2 interviews, one over the phone, then in person, then I was invited to complete two tasks, over the course of nearly months! In the end the position is still being offered months later - this company has zero respect or consideration for future prospects’ time and effort, requiring hand holding the entire way to ensure your application is still going. Frankly felt second hand embarrassment from the ordeal. Unless you have all the time in the world to deal with a manchild of a CEO, I suggest avoiding the hassle.
