The Interview process was simple. I was offered the job when I wasn't looking for employment. I was referred by an ex-coworker who had quit the company we were at together, when i received a phone call from Jim Holstar from Dans. I had declined the offer, but told him I would keep the offer in mind especially because I was not happy with the company I was at. When I did decide to take him up on his offer It was very simple I went to the main office met with the woman in human resources, filled out my paperwork. From there went straight to the jobsite.
