The interview consisted of two managers one hiring manager as well as the liaison. The interview was semi formal in nature and loaded with lots of information regarding the role, responsibilities and requirements for the candidate. By the end of the interview, the candidate gets a very clear idea of the job and what to expect. The job has a lot of components that it requires a good 6 weeks to get up to speed and feel comfortable to execute its different aspect.
