The process started with a HR giving the initial call. The HR was new to the company and did not have any clue of the company or the role.The discussion was details which was already mentioned in the CV.Based on this I got an email inviting to the next round.After several emails back and forth I was told that they had wrongly put my name in the selected list and need to cancel the interview as they now do not want to continue with interviewing with me.

I have an interview by Skype with them. It was so quick, that lasted only 19 minutes. The process was so bad structured, they didnt provide any feedback. And when ask for a feedback, they just said NO. No proper feedback was provided, also the initial interview was hold in a very unprofessional way, it was so quick, and in 12 years of experience I've never seen something like this before. They surpresided me negatively.
