Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Dandy (NY) em abr. de 2025
Entrevista
I have a job alert set up for this position. Dandy has been posting this job every week for two months. On the first day of each posting, they receive at least 1000 applicants, which means they have sourced at least 10,000 applicants for this role. At this point they've sourced more people for a single role than have ever worked for the entire company and still haven't found someone.
I did interview for this role and did well. Like many engineers in the comments, I did a recruiter screen, an easy take home coding challenge, and a live coding interview and then was rejected.
It's clear they are one of the many companies that perpetually post ads for positions they never intend to fill to take advantage of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Shady business practice. Don't waste your time.
