I had 4 different interviews at DRC for different positions. They were all very pleasant. Two of them didn´t even feel like interviews but more like a chat. For the three positions that I didn´t get I was provided with personal feedback (two of them through video call). I was even recommended for another position that I ended up getting

Waste of time! I applied and a few weeks later got an invitation to an interview. The interview itself was fine and not too challenging. It was online and and neither too formal nor informal. However, the downside was that I got ghosted by DRC. After the interview, I was informed that within a certain timeline I would receive a feedback. That has never happened and weeks later, I am still waiting to hear from them. So frankly this is extremely disappointing and I will not waste my time like this again.

Entrevista
Fairly informal talk exploring together if the position is a fit. Friendly atmosphere and appropriate questions related to the CV and motivation letter. Overall a good experience. Interview took place in person but could have been shifted online if preferred.
