For the written assessment, there were two questions. I was asked to write a briefing note for a team that is going to visit the US emabassador, detaining three crucial points that need to be communicated to the embassador. The second question asked me to prepare a checklist for orgabizing a training workshop in Malaysia. One and half hours of time was given for the test. After passing the written test, I was invited for an interview.
