First I had a phone interview then was invited for a group interview which had about 15 other potential employees. A very fun, positive environment but also a challenge due to the fact that you want to demonstrate team work and a positive attitude while also realizing that those you are working with are your competitors and you need to set yourself apart from the group at the same time.
