There was a CV screening round. No written exam. Shortlist was done on the basis of people with a background in HVAC or CFD. The selection is hardly based on GPA, but I guess 6/10 is a minimum they need. During the process they asked me about my project which was CFD related. I explained it in detail from scratch I.e. Basics to current progress. Overall it isn't that tough, although a few other candidates were asked a basics of HVAC, since they had it in their CV

Hr will let you know whether you are selected or not.
They will call you within week for a selection.
Good coordination between staff and management.

Interview with assistant director and the head of department. They asked about my skills, education, vision and dreams. Plus, they gave me a quick review about their work and their projects.

the interview process was a very positive experience and questions mainly pertained to previous work experience. Also questions focused on the fit aspect to determine the motivation of someone joining the team.
