I was recruited directly from college based on resume. There was no interview as such. We were the first employees of the Pune office. Thus no interview was made as such and they recruited directly. however, later on there is a panel visiting the campuses for recruitment

One of my friend referred me for position with 3 years of experience. I got a call from hr for urgent skype interview in which RNE director was part of. Then they liked my technical skills hence called for one on one interview on same day. The hiring process was ok and interview was full technical which i liked but the HR was bit annoying.
