interviewed with other GMs and an HR person. I was promoted from within and knew the right people. Outsiders don't fit in very well when they are hired. You should really understand all of the positions before you should manage here. Outside managers are not as successful. Even though I would love to see outside influence within the company.

The interview went great. The director of operations did a great job of explaining expectations and the skill set. They were looking for for the current position and explained that there is room for growth within the company. Looking forward to hearing back.

It was great! It was very informative, and I really enjoyed it. As a manager in the past, I will take the skills they used for my future interviews. I am glad I went, but did decline the position.

Entrevista
Three interview process. First was a phone interview with a regional manager tat was a typical half hour question and answer type conversation. Second was a face to face interview at the restaurant with the same regional manager. The third was face to face with the GM of the restaurant. The final two interviews lasted an hour each and an offer was made later that day. I was able to negotiate the offer up 10%.
