First you have a phone call with a dev lead. That part was nice, my interviewer was really nice and knowledgeable. Asked me some technical questions and answered my questions about the company. I passed that part, but the next part was a home tests - I've spent 3 hours doing it, and had a really good feeling. After a few days of waiting I've received an email that they've decided to go with other candidates. no feedback was provided. It's just a roulette, don't do home tests. waste of time.
