Lengthy interview process consisting of three interviews with the paneled interview being about 3 hours long. You must first pass a Microsoft and IQ test before moving forward. They then take you to lunch before being offered the position.

Lots of situational questions to test how you handle different scenarios.
It was long (two 4 hour interviews and a lunch interview). It was tough at times because you're interviewing with multiple people at different times but if you make it more of a conversation rather than interview it's not terrible.

Went through a recruiter, just because my experience was in Wealth management, they dont think I could transition to corporate finance. Yet I went to school for finance. These HR people do not even know what their doing. Stay far away from this toxic company. So much for "equal opportunity".
