My interview was done online. Someone from HR asks you questions about your experiences dealing with clients/customers in an org/company setting. After a while, HR just sent me an offer to join the company.

The interview was pretty chill and straightforward—it was a panel setup, but the atmosphere wasn’t intimidating at all. They mostly asked the usual questions you’d expect, like why you’re applying, what your strengths are, and how you see yourself growing with the company. It felt more like a conversation than a test. I appreciated that it was just one interview and not a long process. As long as you know your background and have a clear reason for applying, there’s nothing to be nervous about.
