A terrible process, the interviewer had no flow of questions and wasn't able to clearly communicate what he wanted me to answer. Waste of my time and probably his.

Very little coding questions, mostly logic puzzles that are not easily explained over a phone. Next time (just kidding I won't be reapplying or telling people I care about to apply) ask coding questions.
Developer assessment involving the development of a simple application to evaluate coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and software design practices.
Face-to-face interview to discuss technical experience, project background, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

Most of the interview focused on the application developed during the assessment, covering design decisions, implementation approach, challenges faced, and potential improvements

Il faut être bien préparer, j’ai eu des échanges très intéressants la durée moyenne des entretiens est d’une heure en général.
