Open end questions over ms teams. We discussed the position needs my skills what they are looking for and salary expactations. Open end questions and allowed me to provide examples of systems I used as well as how my workload and priorities are actioned.

Very poor and such a waste of time. Difficult and awkward people interviewing with no feedback. The interviewer clearly lied on the call and I did not appreciate this. In addition, the arrogance.

HR > Technical > Technical > Technical
All of which were asking the same things over and over again with almost similar set of people. Especially the last two interviews which were 2 months apart!
No apologies or explanation given to that span of period when I was actively following up in a reasonable amount and intervals. Maybe perhaps for them I'm just an applicant? Says much about their culture and values and how they do their work.
And now, they didn't even provide any feedback but just a vague reasoning and not even sure what it was. Not sure if I wasn't chosen, they took the role down, or what not.
I think it is true that it is red flag having too many interviews.
With that kind of reception, their indecisiveness, and inconsiderate behaviour, I think I might've dodged a bullet here.
