1. They just checked the profile whether it is suitable or not. 2. Technical round. 3. Normal discussion to check your attitude. 4. Compensation discussion. 5. Asked for Documents to proceed further. 6. No response and when I asked for Offer, they said we are not able to proceed further with your profile due to some internal thing. 7. After 5 days I got a call again for same position and they said Data axle wants me to join because I am a good resource, whatever happened just because of misunderstanding. They again took my technical interview and then no response, luckily I got 4 more offers with very good percent of hike. When I called them just to check the status, they said 'Sorry' This is the story and experience with data axle.
