All Applicants were questioned about general OOP principles, SQL and asked to implement simple algorithms on paper like for example an algorithm to determine if a work is a palyndrome.

Comprised of two interviews in total. The first one was with a representative of the HR department and was almost completely non technical. The second one was with the head of the R&D Department and the CEO of the company. The second one was more technical but as it was for a junior position it just focused on naming the technologies that I had familiarized myself with.
