Entrevista
Very disorganized, Lack of follow-up. Initial phone interview interviewer was 15 minutes late calling me. In person interview recruiter 30 minutes late and then was still scrambling to line up phone participants. Second in person interview at Panera Bread which I found a bit odd. Same folks that interviewed me on phone less than a week later didnt remember me. Asked many duplicate questions. Would not discuss clients or possible assignments.
Was told I would be cobtacted in a frw days, no followup.

I did not approach them they approached me. I am working and it was my Linkedin profile that got me the contact with their recruiter.
Contacted via Linked in by their recruiter.
Had many email and phone exchanges with the recruiter to filter before moving to next stage.
An hour long Phone conversation with on staff Project Manager was set up to go over specific questions.
They specifically were looking for an Agile project manager. It was an intro level PM which I was surprised as have many years as a Sr level PM and PMO office experience.
I was obviously over qualified
It was a job as a consultant with 6 - 18 month contract with clients, which I thought was pretty risky as I am looking for an employee on-staff job - so this was not a good fit.
After the phone interview I left knowing I did not want the job.
I did not get a follow up with either the recruiter or the person who provided the phone interview.
I did not follow- up myself as I was not interested in the job arrangements.

You are right in the middle of your agile sprint. Work is already half completed when your Agile project had a major shift in priorities from upper management, how would you react?
