It is Good. In 1st round itself we are having Technical Quiz and in 2nd round HR technical is conducted. And then they have shortlisted three out of total nine candidates.

Job interview takes place in 5+ rounds and they ask about general stuff related to job nature they won't say any thing that makes this company a trap. The HR people cares only to recruit who are ready to work in contract basis. The contract you sign is a trap for your career.
