I entered the hiring process with them a couple of months ago.
The first interview was a talk with one of the founders, following which I did a hiring task for them.
The task was nothing incredibly difficult, but it certainly took time that I could have spent doing something else.
On the following week we had a second call, during which there was also the HR responsible of the company.
They told me that they were satisfied with my task and that they were going to give me a final answer about my possible hire on the following week.
That answer never came, I tried to contact multiple times both the founder and the HR without even getting an answer.
I consider this an extremely unprofessional behaviour.
