Met the team to see if there was a fit. Spoke with Sales mgmt on the phone. The Senior level inside team had me draw a diagram of a data center to see where my knowledge level was as I was an entry level candidate.

Entrevista
Made it to two rounds. The people were great and asked very targeted questions to weed out the riff-raff. Though I did not get the position, the company and people looked professional, cutting edge, intelligent and hard-working. The hiring manager called after the interview to ask if he can refer me. Great group of people.
