I applied online, and the process started with an online introductory meeting with the Hiring Manager to get to know each other. This conversation focused on the company's expectations from applicants, the work pace, and the company culture. A week later, I had another online interview with the VP of Product, where we discussed my professional experience, and I was provided with more detailed information about the role.
Following this interview, I was given a QA task designed to assess practical, day-to-day QA knowledge. It involved preparing a test plan, identifying bugs, and suggesting improvements. A few days after submitting the completed task, I was invited for an on-site interview at the office. During this visit, we discussed my task assignment, and I had the opportunity to meet with four people from different positions within the company to talk about professional experience, company culture, and mutual alignment.
Overall Experience:
The entire interview process was thoroughly documented on the company's blog page. Because of this transparency, the candidate experience was exceptionally smooth, leaving absolutely no room for question marks or uncertainties from the very beginning.
