1st stage -15-20 min chat with recruiter around background and experience. 2nd stage - 30 min chat with HrM digging deeper into experience and motivations Final stage - 3 x 30 min chats with members of the team each covering a different focus area e.g. sourcing, stakeholder management. The process itself was very streamlined and I truly felt that each person I spoke to was passionate about Databricks and the work that they are doing. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in my experience/motivations. Interviews were very conversational. I was kept updated throughout the process. The whole process took around 2.5 weeks which was very impressive.
