I had an initial call with the hiring manager then I completed the coding assessment and technical interview. Lastly was the panel interview where I gave a mock presentation. Overall the process was pretty straightforward.

Around 5 stages- recruiter screen, take home in python or sql,HM interview, technical interview, case study presentation and then a director chat. Overall moves quite quickly and they seem to have a talented team.

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Databricks (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Interview process was smooth, nice people. 1 HM round, 1 tech round on PySpark and 1 Presentation round. Databricks was not listed as a requirement, and HM said I wouldn't need it for the interviews. But, I was rejected after the presentation round because of less Databricks knowledge, which made no sense
