Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Datactics (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
Interview itself was light touch. Spoke with Head of Services & CEO in two separate meetings and was verbally offered the job.
Asked to come in and shadow a team member to make sure I was happy with the role itself.
After this Datactics went cold. I chased their HR rep each week and was told they didn't have any updates, or couldn't get a hold of higher ups, or budget planning was effecting hiring process. This went on for 2 months before they finally confirmed that they were no longer hiring for the job.
Incredibly unprofessional in this regard, very disappointing as I was very interested in working with them.
