I was contacted by an internal recruiter through LinkedIn, and after an initial screening interview with her I then had a technical interview with two people (30 mins speaking about my experience, 30 mins live coding). This was followed by a take home project and three further one hour interviews (another live coding interview, a whiteboarding design session and a deep-dive into a recent project with the hiring manager). The whole process was very open and transparent and the recruiter who had originally contacted me stayed in constant contact throughout to offer support or answer any questions I might have. The feedback at each stage was detailed and fair and everybody I spoke to seemed to really like their jobs, which sold me on the company.
