Intensive, too much so. Even though upfront it was clear I was missing some specific experience, they still thought I should try. Many many hours wasted. I guess all in all it took about 6-7 hours.
My advise would be: if you are not a 100% fit. Don't even try. They will not allow you to grow into a role even though you can.

Pretty straightforward process. Is very opaque about job roles and responsibilities. Bait and switch on salary. Wasn’t a bad process, but definitely feel like my time was wasted.
