The hiring process was fairly smooth, with mainly behavioural and situational questions. It included an initial screening, hiring manager interview, peer interview/challenge. The interviewers were professional and supportive, but the process was lengthy due to time gaps. Overall, about what you would expect. The biggest take aways: This is this is not Customer Success. It's Sales with a bit of Customer Service. The 3 day in office requirement (strictly followed with full day office hours expected) is why I imagine they have low recruitment success and high turnover.
