The interview process took a significant amount of time (6 weeks) for only two interviews. This can be a red flag for inefficiency within the hiring team. My second-round interview was with a manager who seemed relatively new to their leadership role. This was evident in the lack of a natural conversation flow and a scripted approach to the interview. The interview heavily emphasized KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with minimal discussion about my extensive sales experience (10+ years). This suggests a company culture that prioritizes numbers over the value an experienced candidate can bring.
