First interview: HR screening over the phone with recruiter
Second: Interview with the hiring manager, Zoom, video & audio
Following 2nd interview: Technical take-home assessment (HackerRank or mock-troubleshooting questions, depending on role applying for)
Third: Panel interview consisting of behavioral questions with 2-3 people from the supporting engineering teams. Over Zoom, with audio & video.
Fourth: On-site interview, prepare a 20 minute presentation on a technical topic, both behavioral and technical questions. Review take-home assessment.

Describe one of the more difficult problems you've had to solve at work. How did you go about solving the problem, what was the outcome, and what did you learn?
I applied through LinkedIn. It did not that that long to come back to me. They reviewed my resume and cv, sent me an email to have a phone screening interview.

Interview with hiring manager (Functional background / projects / tools, Why support engineering role?); 3. Interview with other engineers on the team (Scenario based, How to handle multiple tickets, How to deal with difficult customers); 4. Live troubleshooting round (Role play how to act -- Ask questions on what they’re facing right now, Documentation provided during interview); 5. Director connect (Career goals, How datadog can help).
