Entrevista
Starts with a recruiter call, and then a 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager. After would be a case study and if they like it, you'd then have to present the case. Lastly, you'll have a final round of 2-3 interviews, including one with the VP.
Didn't make it past the hiring manager but their interview process is rather excessive. Especially when compared to larger companies.
During my hiring manager interview, I could tell that they weren't interested in me as a potential candidate early on. Felt a hint of bias in how they looked at me. My past experiences literally align perfectly with this role so to be told that you've gone with people who's experiences better align is frankly untrue. It'd be preferable had they said that the interviewer didn't vibe with me, or that they went with someone that has SaaS experience etc.
I'm also surprised that recruiter giving feedback was an option in their post-interview survey because my recruiter didn't offer to give feedback. One weird thing is that later in the day that after the interview, the recruiter asked how it went. I sent a clear summary about it including how my experiences align with the role as the interviewer described, and then the next morning I get a rejection email from the recruiter. It's like the decision was already made immediately after the interview so what was the point about asking me how the interview went? And then not even offering to pass along feedback afterwards.

After applying online, they asked for an HR meeting to better understand my experience. In the end of the interview, HR person wanted to confirm whether I need a sponsorship or not which I declared in the online application and ended the interview immediately saying that company cannot handle paying one-time cost (apprx. €1,000–€5,000).
