AMAZING process and amazing people !!
The process is composed of two interview rounds. The first round is two interviews, one with the recruiter and one technical with a software engineer. The recruiter is your best friend, they are going to give you super helpful advice and plenty of tips to ensure you are prepared for the interviews. 100 kudos to the recruiting team at Datadog! Brilliant!
Then there are (depending on the role) 1 or 2 Coding interviews, System Design, System (optional), Manager + team fit (optional).
One thing I can say is "practice makes perfect", and it's 100% true for this kind of interview. So my advice is to check leetcode + all the resources the recruiter will send you. There's an amazing amount of material online so I recommend you to look that up.
Also, don't stress! People are very nice and the interviews should feel like if you were speaking with a coworker.
The interview process might take around 1 month (depending on your availability and on how much time you want to prepare before going in the technical interviews after the first meeting with the recruiter).
Overall I am super happy with the process ! Congratulations to Datadog and it's recruiting team!

I really appreciated the care from the recruiting team during this interview process. The recruiter made sure to check in at each step and provide feedback (which is rare to receive in this industry). I was also very impressed by the kindness of all of my interviewers and their willingness to answer all of my questions.

Entrevista
Le premier entretien RH se focalise sur l'experience, les motivations, le fit avec l'offre. S'en suivent deux entretiens de coding (test d'algorithmique style leetcode). Suite à ça, un entretien de system design, dont l'objectif est de tester les capacités à concevoir l'architecture technique pour répondre à un problème vague donné en début d'entretien. Puis enfin un entretien sur l'expériences et les valeurs (discussion technique sur un projet + questions comportementales). Le process est clair, le talent acquisition manager m'a donné des conseils tout au long du process pour bien préparer les entretiens.
