This was quite confusing, as it contradicted the feedback shared during the interview process. I also reached out to HR requesting specific feedback on the mentioned issues so I could improve, but I did not receive any response. I understand that hiring decisions can depend on various factors, including budget or internal requirements. However, clear and consistent communication would make the process more transparent and candidate-friendly. Overall, I would suggest improving feedback transparency and communication with candidates.
