The first phone interview was smooth and easy, with the recruiter just going through my background and experience. However, the second interview was terrible and unprofessional. After the technical issues and showing superiority going through my experience and answers, the "manager" had an Amazon package delivery in the middle of the interview. He was not prepared, had an extremely laid back attitude and seemed like he was there to prove a point. Not to mention that at one point, his language and words choice was not exactly the best.Funny enough, this "manager" felt he was in the position to give some advice too at the end of the interview. I wish I stopped the interview after the first minutes, but I just wanted to be polite.I think they should really look twice at the people that conduct the interviews.It was not a good experience, but maybe I was just unlucky.
