      Disappointing and Unprofessional Interview Experience I didn’t interview for a casual job. I am a senior-level professional, and I found this interview experience strongly insulting. It left me questioning the company's professionalism and internal culture. It’s concerning to note that the company recently laid off 20% of its workforce. This suggests a lack of understanding and respect for human resources and poor workforce management, which was reflected in the interview I had with them. From my experience, it appears the leadership team operates as a "boys' club," focused on their own dynamics rather than valuing their employees. The interview itself reflected this attitude—it was evident that respect for my time and input was not a priority to them. Pros: The CSM manager was polite and professional, which was a refreshing contrast to the next step. Cons: • Unprepared Interviewer: The interviewer seemed unaware of the scheduled interview, starting the call while on the street and even mentioning buying a sandwich. • Unprofessional Behavior: The interview was conducted while the interviewer walked, transitioned to his car, and drove—possibly even eating during the call. This came across as highly disrespectful. • Lack of Engagement: The questions lacked depth, and the conversation was frequently interrupted, likely due to the interviewer’s distractions. • Inappropriate Attire: The interviewer wore a casual hoodie, which, paired with an overly casual demeanor, felt intentionally disrespectful in a professional setting. Additionally, the lack of professionalism during the interview strongly mirrored the broader issues within the company, highlighting an apparent disregard for both candidates and employees.
