The goal was to utilize my resume for H1B applicants in India to show to Labor Department that they can not hire anyone in USA. Do not bother to apply for “remote jobs” in USA with this company, no matter how much experience you have they will try to justify why you can be replaced by H1B remote Consultant offshore, though the job description was stating up to 25% of travel within USA my question about they need for the travel in USA to the people who I had an interview with was not clearly answered, I suspect because they are located overseas and they were laughing at this question knowing the reason for this "game" called "technical interview". They will accept any rate you name to Recruiter because their intent is the formal interview to justify bringing more cheap workforce from overseas.
