Three rounds. Two technical and one HR round. You have to prepare well to crack the technical rounds in this interview. Even the director is technically sound. This organization handles all type of high availability techniques. It would be an added advantage of you have certification.

Waste of time I have 8+ years experience I cleared technical round but they insisted to do an online exam which consists of arithmetic and reasoning and they never get back I didn't understand why am experience candidate should write such an exam

There were 3 interviews. The first was technical. Second one was more personal, but also was somewhat technical. The third was more of a casual introduction to the VP, Eric Russo. The first one was a mid-sr level question base of MSSQL. The second was a phone screening with potential team members in NY.
