I applied for this job being aware of all the negative reviews on Glassdoor. As a university graduate with little experience, I didn't feel as though I could be picky. However, I learned my lesson: If there are negative multiple reviews on the same person/issue, there's probably a reason why!
I had a phone interview, in-person with HR, and final with the CTO. HR warned me the interview with the CTO would only be 5 minutes. She didn't warn me that he would tell me in the middle of our interview, that he needed to speak with HR for a moment (implying he would come back) and then have HR tell me the interview was done. I think it's common courtesy to conclude an interview - say thanks for coming in, bye, etc. Just unprofessional in my opinion. But maybe I shouldn't be surprised. Maybe there's a lot of bad and rude managers out there and that's just a reality. Anyways - lesson learned! Take Glassdoor seriously if there is a consistency in reports. Don't waste your time applying - even if you are a new grad. It won't be a good place to grow under that management.
Also, I was told to write a patent draft. That's something lawyers usually do but I took on the challenge. HR told me it was just to test my writing skills but there seemed to be a disconnect of expectations between HR and the CTO. HR left out some details about the product with me, and the CTO thought it was just my skills...

Whole process of interviews were very bad organized. And the company is very non-respectful to its candidates. The last round of interview was on the afternoon, with CTO. It was fixed by the call from the HR on the morning of the same day! It is even not negotiable because we have to follow the CTO's schedule. Well, I was fine with it, though I have work that day. But when I arrived on time, the CTO was somehow busy so made me waited for one hour! In the second interview I was asked to prepared a patent draft and nobody had read it before the last interview! The CTO read it at the last moment. Then the HR came to me and told me that the CTO didn't like it, and asked me to modified it. Well I refused it. The CTO didn't show up during the whole interview! Not even a greeting or apology for the late! Yes, let the candidate wait one hour and just didn't show up and let the HR come to pass on his instruction! That's it. That's how you treat your candidates. You'll never find right people!

The hiring process was very unprofessional. The interviewer had not posted any job description and was late by an hour. He did not apologize for being late and instead started telling his problems and his home renovations.

Very unprofessional, he asked me about my family background????
The interviewer said they are little tight on finances and if I would take the job on commission only as they cannot pay regular salaries?
They have no plans for their business and looked like a confused bunch. Its a company run by Indian people and they hire only ethnic Indian people. The office was very Chaotic and the vibe was very unprofessional. I saw a few employees trying to repackage the returned product from market and putting them back for sale along with new tablets (Ubislate)
The interviewer kept on insisting that I should join their company on Commission only and would do something later. They had not mentioned that on their job posting.
They wasted my day and time. Be aware and do your due diligence before accepting any offer
