Strenuous hiring process phone screen and two in-person interviews. The in person interviews included a scenario portion to truly test skills instead of just answering questions. Everyone at the company is excited and mission-focused and that really came out in the interviewing process.

There was phone interview with HR and then a programming challenge to be completed in 24 hours. Code challenge was a good test. Sent test back to company and never heard back. Follow up emails were ignored. Even if the test was a total failure, a response after spending several hours writing an application would be the minimum expected.
